Do you have information that the Trapps came to SC from NY?  There were some in VA, too.

Hi--

Now I can't tell if I am writing you.  I lost your guestbook.

My Great Great Grandfather on my Dad's side is Uriah Trapp. My Dad's  mother was Lily Ellen Walter, her grandfather was Uriah.
We have traced all the Trapps back to Thomas Trapp. My brother is looking up marrige records of 2 family members, at the Dutch reformed church in New Paultz NY. I have just gotten James Revolutionary war records on ancestry today. James also lived right near my brother so he is going to look into that also. It is so exciting. Makes me proud to see what they have done

Hi --

Hope you are well.  I am researching Zachariah Trapp; I think you have done some work on him even tho it was to be in vain.  I don't have the names of his parents.

My mom was June Trapp, b. 1925,  and is buried at Crooked Run Baptist cemetery in Fairfield County, a cemetery chock full of Trapps.  I'd love to correspond with you.

Congratulations on your very nice website!

Cynthia
